Any requested changes to the Project Requirements or Schedule will be collaborated with as soon as reasonably practicable in a straightforward manner.

Any complaints to be first directed to the project manager as set out in the project schedule, thereafter can be escalated to complaints @ mlnet.net.
A response will be as soon as reasonably practicable, but usually within 4 business days. Please include any project reference in the subject of any email.

Any specific issues regarding services supplied regarding Nominet Domain Names (www.nominet.org.uk) should be emailed to complaints @ mlnet.net.
